Initial call-outs involve a diagnostic fee. We provide an estimate for the full repair scope; however, should further issues be discovered once the unit is stripped down, we will seek your approval before proceeding with additional costs.
We use a mix of genuine, OEM, and high-quality aftermarket parts to ensure the best value for our clients. While we strive for rapid turnaround, we are not liable for downtime caused by manufacturer parts backorders or shipping delays.
Our rates include standard mobile call-out fees and hourly workshop rates. After-hours or emergency breakdown services incur a premium rate, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
For on-site repairs, the customer must provide a safe, level work area. Our technicians reserve the right to cease work if they deem the site environment or the equipment’s condition to be an immediate safety risk.
If a Compass technician identifies a safety-critical fault and advises that a machine is “red-tagged” (unsafe for use), the customer assumes all liability if they choose to continue operating that equipment against our professional advice.
We provide digital or physical service records for all work performed. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain these records as proof of compliance for WorkSafe WA inspections.
